·   Created pre-implementation MS Project schedule to coordinate responsible departments and tasks needed to begin the Fukushima FLEX project modifications. Worked with the Project Manager to facilitate daily and weekly meetings. Created spreadsheets to track action items developed during these meetings that required engineering, planning or the work centers support before implementation could begin. Responsible for project status communications between the project team, site and executive leadership. Developed the work implementation schedule in Primavera P6 Professional R8.3 for the entire project and maintained it through the online and 1R15 outage schedules. Processed daily and weekly work schedule reports for the site management and Fukushima project team. Regularly communicate with the contracted and site work centers to maintain schedule accuracy and identify potential issues to reduce schedule impacts.

·   In-Processed as contractor for Perry Power Plant Decontamination department but utilized to support the Radiation Protection department to correct a worker entry system issue due to strong computer skills. Was then transitioned into schedule updates for Radiation Protection and Critical Path work in Primavera. Helped to create an additional Radiation Protection schedule web link on the Perry Outage website to facilitate work order tracking and completions. Represented Radiation Protection management at site meetings, assisted with updating information in SAP, ran resource allocation histograms and morning update reports for the Perry Power Plant Outage Control Center management.
